The Dominant Flex and Basic pumps offer a strong alternative to wall vacuum, as the independent vacuum avoids overflow into wall systems and provides a smooth, consistent, and reliable vacuum level. The heavy-duty piston-cylinder system creates whisper-quiet and robust operation. The initial investment in this suction pump is easily recovered from the many years of reliant functioning with minimal maintenance requirements and long replacement cycles.
Dominant Flex gives you the freedom to choose the required flow
The Dominant Flex provides superfast ramp-up of the vacuum at a flow rate up to 60 l/min for increased performance and faster suctioning. For sensitive operations where less flow rate is required, the flow can be reduced to 50 l/min or 40 l/min by simply touching the button and thereby adjust the vacuum build-up time and sound level.

With a constant high flow of 30 l/min, the Basic pump is the partner for reliable and simple suctioning.

The CleanTouch on/off button on the housing lets the person operating the pump switch it on and off with a simple touch: there are no gaps or grooves, which means there is less risk of contamination.
Rack or portable versions
Both Dominant Flex and Basic pumps are available either as rack or portable version (check for local availability).
The rack version is the classic version to be attached to a trolley for allowing mobility and handling, or for use in endoscopy towers.
As portable version, the pump can be conveniently placed at the patient's bedside and be easily moved from one place to another. Moreover the portable version can be equipped with Medela suction jars thanks to the handle.
