Medela Cares 2023 US Giving Report

Across the US, our Medela Cares outreach has actively supported nonprofit breastfeeding organizations through the year. A milestone year, we were able to provide product support to more than 81 nonprofit organizations across the country! Through this work, we estimate the donations we provided were used to support more than 80,000 breastfeeding families.

In addition to expanding our support of breastfeeding families through nonprofit partners, we continued to support families that rely on donor milk. Last summer, we introduced #MomsUnite4Milk, a pumpathon and educational campaign to support moms and families through the national infant formula crisis. What started as a month-long effort in 2022 evolved into a multi-award-winning program that helped moms donate more than 68,000 ounces of breast milk to their local nonprofit milk banks across the USA and Canada.
