Freestyle™ Hands-free Breast Pump Reset Guide: pump not responding or the display is not lighting up

Medela Freestyle™ Hands-free double electric wearable breast pump sitting on counter with collection cups filled with milk

If your pump is not responding or the display is not lighting up, please reset the pump by following these steps:

  • Press and hold the On/Off button for seven to ten seconds.

If there is no change:

  • Plug the power cable into the pump and then into the wall outlet.
  • Press the On/Off button until the pump emits an audio signal, then release the button.
